OBSERVED:    About 100 feet infront of our boat, The water was bubbling and this huge creature of some kind emerged from the water, it started swimming away from us, and we only saw it for about ten seconds. Before it went back under water we saw one flipper.A
 

Activities of Witness:   I was fishing with freinds on cayuga lake.
 

Description of Creature:  A snorting noise like breating.  Long reptelian , large body long neck one flipper seen. My fiend thought it was a big snake that escaped from its owner until we saw the flipper.
 

Other Notes:    My grandma saw a v-shape in the water away from the beach.
