OBSERVED:   I was standing at my kitchen sink fixing dinner, when I looked out my kitchen window into my back yard, and to my shocking amazment there stood a bigfoot in daylight just standing in my back yard. He was standing side ways facing the woods that surround my house. I did not see him come, nor did I see him leave. He was very quite. He stood about 8 ft tall wt. 800-1000 lbs, black, hair all over him, had arms like a ape, had features of a prehistoric man. It shocked me so bad to see such a thing. I never believed in bigfoot, and now I was really seeing something that I couldn't hardly believe that I was seeing. So, I sat down at my kitchen table for about 8 minutes, then I went back to the window to see if the thing was still there. bigfoot had left, and I did not see which way he went.

My neighbor friend who works on an ambulance, lives down the road, and around the corner from me, and she told me that one night, after I had saw bigfoot, she was coming home in the ambulance and a strange big foot thing stepped out of the woods in front of her ambulance crossing the road, and was gone in a second.

Other people have told that they have seen bigfoot in this same area. One person, a friend of mine, got a real good look at bigfoot. Most recently a teenage boy, my friends grandson, saw bigfoot while walking down a country road.  He said that he smelled terrible, had a very bad odor, worse than a sunk.

This area is a good area for hunting bigfoot. HE IS STILL HERE! My son who lives in the house where I saw Big Foot in my back yard, told me that one night after bigfoot was seen in the back yard, he was woke up by a very strange noise outside his bedroom window. He heard moaning, goaning, and something breathing heavy. He could hear this thing breathing. My son said it scared him and there was a strange feeling.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  Stood about 8 ' tall, weight 800-1000 lbs, black, hairy all over, prehistoric features, had arms like a ape.

OTHER SIGHTINGS IN THIS AREA:  Yes, I described everything in my first stataement. There are many other people that have seen this bigfoot in this same area.
 

Telephone Interview by Bobby Hamilton of Witness

The witness and her family had moved from another location further in the country to their current location, close to town, yet still in a very densely wooded area.  She had accompanied her husband to the back of their property, which lies deep in the woods.  While they were looking at possible areas to put up a fence, her husband mentioned that he wanted to look around a little bit more. He crossed over off their property onto the adjoining property and the witness followed. After a short piece, the witness got a strange feeling of not being alone, or should I say a very unwelcome feeling came over her.  She told her husband that something wasn’t right and she was going back to the house and they left.
   It is possible that it was this trip or another venture down around the wooded area, that she said they found a very large bare footprint.  It didn’t hit them so much about it being unusual, for somebody to be barefooted in the woods, as they commented to each other about the size of the foot on that guy. She said people hunt in these woods for Deer, so it just didn’t seem unusual at the time to them to see this. At this point, bigfoot was still nonexistent in their minds.
   They built some pens about 60-75 feet behind their home and put their goats in the pens.  It was on Thanksgiving when they found their prized pet Pygmy Goat named Iris, missing. This was hard for the witness to take as this was more of a pet to her than anything else. They never found any trace of Iris.  She just completely disappeared.
   Then the family noticed that for a while there, if it wasn’t every night, it would be every other night that the goats would come up missing. Then whatever was taking the goats might miss a couple of weeks, then it would start taking them again. The goats would continuously come up missing over and over again. The witness said that she lost count of just how many goats they lost after a while, but said it was from a count of 30 goats and on up that came up missing.  Also on another note along this same time frame, all of her ducks and geese came up missing too.
   They never found any trace of the missing goats, except for one time. They found one of the missing goats in a brush pile with its neck broken and its head twisted around like something was trying to twist it completely off. There were no visible cuts, scratches, or any other wounds or marks on the body, other than the twisted neck.
   During this time, she and her son had returned home one evening after dark. Her husband had not gotten home and since he was the one that fed the goats, she told her son to help her feed them, because her husband hadn’t gotten home and done it yet. This part of the property had no lights in it whatsoever. So other than what they could see with the little available ambient light from the moon itself, they were basically in the dark, because that is all they had to see with.
She said that as soon as they entered the goat pen and her son was fixing to start pouring the feed, it was not more than five steps behind her; she heard a deep low growl.  She asked her son if he heard that, and he said he did.  Then it growled again at them. She told her son to “hurry up and pour the feed and let’s get in the house”! She said they looked everywhere in the house for a flashlight, and every flashlight they found had dead batteries.  So they didn’t return to the area to see what it was.
   She still had no idea as to what this thing was that was killing or getting her goats, ducks and geese. And in trying to reason as to what it could be, she figured it was a cat of some sort, like a bobcat or something.  So she had a friend who is a trapper to come set out traps to catch it.
He sat out several traps, and they kept getting sprung, but no critter. So trying to figure out how a bobcat or any other animal could get out of these steel traps, he decided to set a Bear trap, and see the bobcat get out of that trap. He would leave the traps for a few days, then return to check them. Upon returning to check the bear trap, he found the trap basically destroyed and of no use anymore.  It was twisted and mangled and UN repairable.  She said it did have hair all in it, but they did not know what it was, and you have to remember the witness had no idea it was a bigfoot.  In fact the witness did not believe in bigfoot.
   So they decided that since the goats kept coming up missing, that they would move them back to their other property in a different location all together.  During this wait, they kept losing goats to the unknown animal (bobcat?) that was still getting them.  They moved them all at the same time and got them to the other property. The witness then actually saw a bigfoot on October 4, 2001, about a week after they had moved the goats, and feels that is why the bigfoot came up close to the house. It was possibly looking for the goats.
   About a week after the goats were moved the family were all in the kitchen/dining area in a deep discussion, while the witness  prepared lunch.  It was around noon time, and she was late for another appointment, so she was in a hurry.  This is when she said she looked up and saw this thing standing inside the now empty goat pen. The thick wood’s was directly behind the goat pen and it was looking back towards the woods, standing sideways to her.  It was between the gate of the pen and a little small pond they had inside the goat pen. She said it was just standing there, it looked prehistoric, it was around 8-9 foot tall, should have weighed between 800-1000 pounds, had long ape like arms and was covered with dark brown/black colored hair, and was standing on two legs.
   She said, she couldn’t believe what she was seeing, so she just stared at it for a little bit, then went and sat down.  She didn’t tell her husband or son, because her husband would make fun of her. So she said after she sat down for a second, she decided to get up and see if it was still there.  When she returned to the window it had already left the goat pen. She told her husband that she couldn’t finish dinner that he would have too. Then she told him what she seen. He did make fun of her, but her son, said he would go have a look. Against her wishes he went out around the back of the goat pen and entered the woods there. By the time they got outside, it had already gone over the fence and she thought it went back into the woods. She did not see which direction it came from, or which way it left.  But it did cross over the fence. Not long after her son entered the woods, she and her son both heard a short piece away, all kinds of guns starting to go off in one vicinity of the woods!  Then she said they heard someone holler “What was that thing”?  And a response of “I don’t know, but lets get the hell out of here”!  This confirmed to her son, that she had indeed seen something in the goat pen that just wasn’t normal or right, and it did go back into the woods.
   It was about 4 days later that she was speaking with her neighbor who lives directly through the woods behind the goat pen.  It isn’t right behind the goat pen, but if you were to go straight through the woods you could get to her house from that area.  You have to take a completely different road to get to this persons house. This lady drives a local Ambulance, and just out of the blue, told the witness that on her way home the other night, that this thing stepped out in front of the ambulance and walked across the road in front of them. The date this occurred was in early Spring, April, 1997. The witness had not mentioned anything at all to the witness about what she had seen just 4 days prior to this.
   After she spoke with her neighbor about the above incident, the witness was on her back porch one night and heard all sorts of limb breaking and crackling in the woods behind her house. Then on another night, she said there were all kinds of hoots and hollering and screaming going on back in the woods there, and a lot of sounds she couldn’t even describe.
   During this time frame, her son was sleeping in the back room, his bed under a window, said he heard something outside the window breathing and moaning.  He said he refused to look up or move.  He was directly below the window against the wall and didn’t think anything outside the window could see him.  And he didn’t want to move or give any inclination that he was there, just in case this animal tried to come through the window if he did so.
He said this happened twice.
   The witness herself mentioned that before he moved into that room, she was in there one night working on her computer and something was outside the window making a growling sound.
And also, one night (before the witness seen the Bigfoot in the goat pen) she woke up and since her room faced the woods, she didn’t have the blinds closed.  But she said she seen two red eyes looking in the window, but thought it could have been a dream and turned over and went back to sleep.  But it always bothered her, and she wonders if it was this creature looking in at them while they slept.

Other notes about this general area and Bigfoot encounters as well as strange events that the witness informed me about:

   Before they moved to this one place and the witness saw the bigfoot in the goat pen, on their other property, they had raised hogs in years back. One incident that stuck out was her husband coming in and telling her that on the back of the property in the hog pen, at the far end of it, he found one of their hogs with its head torn off its body. He said that there was no other visible damage done to the hog.

   Also, in another incident, a good friend of theirs informed her that one day while sitting on his front porch one morning, he saw a bigfoot walking up the road towards his house.  He said he did not move, as he didn’t want to alert the creature to his presence.  It appeared to be heading directly towards his house, but turned just outside his fence and went off towards another house.  Nobody in that house mentioned seeing it, so he never said anything to them.  Right after the initial witness saw the bigfoot in October of 2001, he said his grandson was out riding with some friends, approximately 8-12 miles from the witnesses property down some back country roads. (Name of road kept confidential.) They decided to play a prank on his grandson like teenagers do, and put him out of the car and drove away.  So he started walking back, when all of a sudden he smelled an awful stench that was worse than a skunk. He heard movement in the woods, and darted behind a bush. He said that a Bigfoot walked out into the road and walked away from him in the other direction. After it got out of sight, he started running down the road in the opposite direction which is the way he was headed initially.  His friends then came around the corner in the vehicle and picked him up. They all said he was hysterical and frantic when they stopped to pick him up.

I will update this report if I receive any more information to add to it.
