LOCATION:  Robertson County,  Tennessee
 

TERRAIN:   Deep ravine, heavily wooded, with creek running through the property.
 

OBSERVED: A neighbor reported finding the witnesses pony dead in the creek, near an earlier personal sighting of a bigfoot, l0 years before, only a couple of miles upstream from where the witness had a personal encounter when younger. Her and her husband went to the neighbors place, which is heavily wooded and back off the main road and checked it out. They found one of her ponies dead in the creek that she said weighed between 800 to l,000 pounds and exactly where the neighbor had said it was. She said that the entire right side of the ponies face had been ripped off completely. That it had clearly been drug there (probably by the side of the face) by something.

They checked the area carefully for signs of human intervention. There were no rope marks on the ponies neck nor any 3-4 wheeler tracks anywhere. There was a path behind the pony and a pile of stuff under the ponies shoulder that had collected as it had been drug. The pony had been left in the middle of the creek, which the witness had heard from someone before this happening, that it helped to tenderize the meat, but she wasn't sure on that. She also stated that this was an especially deep area of the ravine, with high sides. She said that they hadn't been there long when she suddenly got that gut feeling and the hair stood up all over. She then informed her husband that they were being watched and that they needed to leave the area immediately because she did not wish to have an encounter with this bigfoot creature again. They cut a quick retreat and went to their aunt's farm where she had her first sighting of the creature l0 years ago. They informed her
aunt of the findings. She is convinced that it was this same creature who did in the pony, as there were absolutely no signs of humans doing this, and the way the side of the ponies face was, that well, no human can rip the side of a pony's face off from ear to teeth.

Other Notes:   Through the years, she stated, they’d also occasionally had cattle come up missing, never to be found alive.  Also they had found cow’s leg bones snapped cleanly in half and trees snapped about 8 or l0 feet up.  They were checking on the death of their pony.   There have been several other occurrences before and after this one.  The witness feels like the creature still roams the area.
