DATE:               Fall, 1992
 

LOCATION:      Overton County, Tennessee.
                           The location is being kept confidential due
                            to an on going investigation of the area by the G.C.B.R.O..
 

TERRAIN:        Mountainous, heavily forested, with old logging
                   roads nearby.
 

OBSERVED:   This report in itself may or may not relate to bigfoot activity, but it is very suspicious because of where and when it occurred.

Some trail bike enthusiasts had gathered in the same area as other later sighting reports of bigfoot activity.  One young man who had recently purchased a new 4X4 Truck, had parked it very carefully, in a position that it would have been impossible for another vehicle to back into the front of it in anyway.  He had pulled it off from the others and locked it up while they rode.

When he came back late that evening he noticed that the front of his bumper had been bashed in very badly.  He knew beyond a doubt when he left the truck there was no damage of any kind on it.  He shouted for the rest of his friends tocome look and they all investigated the damage.  They all agreed that it would have taken several tremendous blows with something pretty solid to bow it in so badly.  They checked for signs in front of the truck and behind for any signs of how it had been done.
To their surprise they couldn't find any.  They could find nothing disturbed, such as broken bushes, crushed grass, tracks of any kind, human or animal.  They were all scratching their heads on this one.

They all determined that it would have been impossible for one of them to have kicked or hit that bumper and caused damage to that extent.  There was also no evidence of any paint flecks, sharp metal cuts, scratch marks from rocks used to hit the bumper with. There was also no way that another vehicle could have pushed it into a tree and then pulled it back to the original position without leaving a lot of evidence, or at least a tree found that showed any marks that would have resulted from this being done.  There was also no evidence of the truck being hit in the rear either.  Nothing was disturbed there. There just wasn't any explanation whatsoever.

Other Notes:   Several other suspicious occurrences in the past and also later on.
This was told to me by my son, who also rode on the logging roads and knew the friends involved.  I am not implying that a Bigfoot did the damage to the truck in anyway, I just know it was an unusual occurrence in an area that had already had many other mysterious happenings of Bigfoot related activity.  Witnesses had arrived at area to ride their trail bikes.
