OBSERVED:
I am submitting this report for my two brother-in-laws and my nephew who
had this experience.
Screeching
or whistling sound that could not be identified.
Solitary
figure standing on opposite bank staring at individuals and making it's
presence known. Prior to this one individual in the party "fell"
into the creek and was underwater when found a few seconds later. Individual
doesn't remember how he got into the creek.
Additional
things: two descriptions as follows:
About
5 to 6 feet tall, had short shaggy hair, no facial expression and dark
holes where eyes would be. Had a white glow to it and had no movement.
Second
description verifies the glow to the creature.
further
down the bank on the way out the flashlight caught red eyes looking out
of the vegetation but no animal was seen.

of Witness: Baiting trout
lines on the creek.
Description
of Creature: 5 to 6 feet tall, short
shaggy hair, white glow, no facial expression, dark area where eyes would
be and red eyes when illuminated by flashlight.
