DATE:    July 13, 2007

TIME:     10:00 pm

LOCATION:   Montgomery county, Texas

TERRAIN:    River and swamp land area, very wet and muddy swamp land

OBSERVED:    This is the 2nd time to see this animal. the first was in the day, on 5/25/07. this time it was around 10:00 tonight (7/13/07) We were hunting yotes, and I was on the the bank over looking the river and i saw it come out on the sand bar across the river from me. maybe 150 yards. I was using a night vision scope.  I watched it for maybe 2 or 3 minutes, it seemed like a long time at the time. this is the 2nd time i have seen it.  I think I can see it again and kill it.  I could have shot it both times i have seen this animal.  maybe i should the next time so everyone will know it is for real.

Activities of Witness:   I was hunting yotes with a bushmaster m4a2 ar 15 rifle, with a 3rd Gen. night scope. i have hunted these woods for a long time and this is the 2nd time to see it this year, I think I can kill it to show that it is real

Description of Creature:  No neck, large framed but not that tall, maybe 5 foot 10 or 6 foot tall, but very heavy build. around 300 lbs, its hard to say how heavy it is. but it has hair all over but on parts of its face, and it has a nose that you can see. i do not know what else to say about it but that this thing is a animal that is real

Other Notes:    I think I could kill this animal to prove that it is real I saw the same or very close to animal on 5/25/07 around 9:30 am while fishing on the same land I lease

Other (Informational or Encounter History in the General Area) Notes:    I saw the same or very close to animal on 5/25/07 around 9:30 am while fishing on the same land I lease

Additional Notes and or Follow up Comments Response from witness:  What I saw was real blood animal, and it can be hunted and killed. but it is not like anything I have ever seen in the woods, that's all I can say about it. you would have to see it for your self
