DATE:
07/07/2000
TIME:
Around 2:00 am
LOCATION:
Tennessee, Sullivan County
TERRAIN:
Wooded
OBSERVED:
My wife and i (well she was my g/f then) were coming back from visiting
her mom from florida. My wife was driving. The only light near there was
from the traffic lights. Back before they built 2 brightly lite gas stations.
Right before we came to the light our head lights caught something setting
in the road off to the drivers side of the car. We only saw it for a couple
of seconds as we drove past. Was large and covered with hair. It had its
back away from the car and the wind off the car made the long hair blow
in the wind. We just looked at each other and kept driving. For some reason
there was no impulse to go back.
Activities of Witness:
Riding in vehicle, retuning home from his grandma's house.
Description of Creature:
Large and covered with hair, the wind off the car made the long hair blow
in the wind.
Other Notes:
Theres a chance it could have been a bear. But if it was it had broad soulders.
Additional Notes or Comments: N/A
