OBSERVED:    This is the second posting I have made to this site. I am making this report on my mothers behalf.

Several years ago there was something BIG making its way through the woods around my house. The sound it made was very loud and very strange and scared me pretty good. The further details are in my previous report.

Early this morning my mother heard the same sound coming from the same general area. This is the second time she has heard the animal or whatever it is around our property. This time i was not present as i have moved out of the area and live several miles away now. She called me today to tell me that this thing was back though.

The first time I reported the sound there was someone else that had heard it who lived in the Gardners area and tried to contact me. I would be interested to know if they heard this latest occurrence and if it was the same as the last time.
 

Activities of Witness:   My mother was just getting up for the day. She was in the bathroom of the house, one of the rooms closest to the woods. This was around 4:30-5 am
 

Description of Creature:  Nobody I know of has seen whatever it is. Four people counting the other reporter are the only people i know of to have heard it.

The sound it makes is kind of a screaming sound. Almost like a man screaming at a slight high pitch. I have tried to duplicate the sound myself and can not reproduce it. Nothing that i know of in the woodlands around PA makes this sound.
 

Other Notes:    My mother was too afraid to go outside or get a recording. I plan on visiting the house tomorrow to have a look around and maybe get some pictures.

Last time, when i was present, there was a lot of brush and large limbs breaking in the path of whatever was going through the woods. I plan on taking a look to see if any larger limbs are broken and if there is damage to any surroundings.

I have made a previous report of the last time i heard the animal or whatever it was. Another person has posted on this web site that lives very close to my mothers house and has tried to contact me. Unfortunately i was in the process of moving at the time and ws unable to follow up.

Again...close to the apple harvest time. Last time i heard the sound it was a little later in the year after the harvest if i remember correctly. These incidents happened within a three month window of one another...just in different years.
