OBSERVED:    Passenger in car. It was standing next to dead tree in water.  Wife was mad at me and i didn't ask to turn around.  BIG!

Other Notes:    It's maybe just another tree or something.  I KNOW WHAT I SAW.  And never did I think I would be telling this story.
