Bigfoot Sightings

OBSERVED: we bought a house in the summer of 76 and in the beginning it was quiet,but after awhile we started hearing our ducks and chickens complain so we figured racoons or other varmints were bothering our animals.we had horses too, but one night i was outside near the horses cleaning and brushing i heard something in the brush and i felt like i was being watched. well i was but the odd thing was it looked like a small man covered in red hair the hair was very long. at first i thought a monkey that was a pet got away on somebody but we called all over there was no reports. on another night my wife was in a trailer that we used to store hay and she was literally trapped inside the trailer because the only way out was where this thing was standing.she was horrified and screamed and the thing ran it took her a long time to get the courage to walk to the back of the trailer to exit the door and get out.

Additional Info: there was one night when we went out shopping and my brother was using my repair shop in my back property and it was around 10;oclock when we got home that night. well he was not there and the shop was wide open and lights all on, so i called him and when he picked up the phone he said, i will never stay alone at your shop again because he said he was terrorized by something that was screaming at him and he was scared out of his mind. the thing was we never told him about what we saw in the back of the house in the woods. so i went to his house and calmed him down and told him about what we saw. he was not happy about it at all

Activities of Witness: my wife seemed to see this creature more than the rest of us and actually was trying to communicate with it because she said it was cooing at her in a very gentle tone and she tried to coo back at it then it left. we did not see it for awhile maybe 6 months. i was brushing my horses when i heard a yell and saw it run from the back woods as if scared.

Description of Creature: a small child sized creature about three feet tall covered with red long hair with three toes.and loved any kind of food that we left hanging in the trees out back. there was a time when we buried a cat that passed away from old age and it was buried in the woods where my son and daughter made a gravesite with a marker. and it was dug up but not touched in any manner it was just left there and my daughter reburied it again .

Other Notes: once there was a lady who my wife knew that also grew up there also and she said there was these pesty little things that stole her clothes from her clothes line and thought was kids but her husband said he saw something that looked suspicious like a little kid in a furry suit. thats all she said. we have never said much about this because its too crazy to be believed and i told the story exactly how it was. we are just average people that don't want publicity. but just let somebody know what we saw. we now live in new jersey so we don't know if they are still there.

Other (Informational or Encounter History in the General Area) Notes: i spoke to a neighbor who grew up in that area of staten island he was almost 90 when i spoke to him in 1981 he was a machinist an old german gentleman, when i mentioned to him what was happening he said he was aware of theses things and that there was a whole family that he knew of for many years. but that they never bothered anyone or anything, and he felt that there was caves in the back woods where they lived.
