OBSERVED:    While driving home up Rt 9D A large upright animal ran up over the bank from the Hudson river (The River is about 110 feet down hill from the bank)and across the road in about 3 steps was moving quickly and proceeded to charge up the steep embankment on the other side dissapearing up the mountain.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  Driving
 

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  Not sure how tall, maybe 7 feet? brown hair/grizzled, eyes reflected an the headlights a greenish (Nocternal) look, Moved very fast.
