OBSERVED:    While driving north on lake rd, i noticed a large person standing next to a good size tree.  the tree was between the road and a house. The large, dark "thing or man", crossed the road away from the tree and the house and towards the woods/brush.  He crossed the road in 2-3 strides. I was only about 100 yards away when he crossed but by the time I passed the spot, I couldn't see him(?) anywhere in the brush. the thing appeared to be one solid color, dark brown or black.
 

Activities of Witness:   taking a joy ride around the lake, hanging out
 

Description of Creature:  tall, dark brown or black, limbs in proportion to size.  long stride
 

Other Notes:    Within about a week, in this same area, on another road that abuts the brush area I had seen the "thing" walk into the last time, I was with my friend pulled over on the side of the road, when she looked up and said "do you see that?" pointing down along the tree line. I looked and didn't see anything until i saw movement going into the tree line. what appeared to be a very tall person all in light brown.  Again when we pulled the car up, just 100 yards away, we saw nothing.  this was a thin tree line with an open field behind it.  Only a mile from this area is a large fish and game preserve
