Received From: The GCBRO Online
Report Submission Form.
DATE:
April 30, 2004
TIME:
1:45PM
LOCATION:
Chenango County, New York
TERRAIN:
Wooded
OBSERVED:
I work for a satellite company and while I was traveling west on Route
23 at about 2PM in the afternoon, I saw a bipedal, hairy creature briskly
walk from the south side of the road and off the side toward the north.
There was a car in front of me that was closer to the creature than I was
and they went past the creature and circled back around. I immediately
pulled over to the spot where the creature entered the brush on the edge
of the woods. My heart was wedged in my throat. I saw one last glimpse
of the creatures back as it pushed it's way through the brush and into
the woods.
Activities of Witness:
Driving
Description of Creature:
About 5 foot tall, bipedal, quite swift with a slight hunch. Hair from
top to bottom. The hair was knappy and brownish with some spots of possible
gray patches. The hair was very rough.
Other Notes:
I have never witnessed anything of this nature before.
Additional Notes and or Follow up Comments: Upon contact the witness had no additional information to add to this report.
