LOCATION: Jamestown, New York, near Buffalo, Chautauqua County
TERRAIN:
Near large dark wooded area, wooded and swampy
OBSERVED:
Me and my friend decided to take a bike ride for the last round of the
backroads to find a camping area. We raced our bikes into a dark wooded
area. At the enterence of the woods I turned on my flashlight. We couldn't
see much (with a military flashlight). Suddenly we felt as if every single
detail was stairing at us. It was as if it was PARANOIL times ten. We were
stuck to the ground even though we wanted to get the HELL out of there!
I ripped my bike around and urged him to follow; we darted up the damn
steep axx hill and turned towrd civilization. A truck was comming up the
hill so we pulled aside. ON the ditch across the road there was dark shadows
running in almost one place. Across the ditch was basicly weeds and other
rubish that was to hard to walk through (Around 5 and a half feet tall).
Sence the truck moved along everything was silent... Now the sound of the
shadow was aware, the figure wasn't getting farther or closer. All the
animals that would rome the wo!
od would not be
able to run in the forests. It was hell, we were glued to the ground once
more. I darted up and around the bend.
Description of Creature: Only saw shadows of the creature running beside them.
Activities of Witness: Riding bicycles, looking for a place to camp.
Other
Notes: Strange noises
(running), the impact of the footsteps had to of been from a large animal.
We did not see this figure in detail or anything but, we knew it had to
have been a two footed large Mamal (bigger than deer or bear, and the moose
would not have traveled this far). No whistles were heard or screams but,
do all animals always make noises, NO..
Other
Other Notes: None
