OBSERVED:    My son and I were cat fishing with a small boat and ores we both saw a large upright slghtly bent forward Ape looking creature, it was walking around the east edge of Big Alkali Lake, our boat motor was broke other wise we would have gone over there for a closer look.  It was about 8 to 9 foot tall and the cows were running when it approached them. We had NG&Parks come and investigate it, after interviewing us we went with Officer Frank Miller and he got a picture of a 13 inch footprint in the mud along the bank. The creek from this lake ends up in the Niobrara River and that was the direction he was headed.

Description of Creature:  8 to 9 foot tall, black, hairy with long arms walking upright.
