OBSERVED:      O.K.  Me and three other of my friends were riding 4 wheelers one
night, and we parked them and got off and walked around. There is a pasture
then a bunch of woods. There were only two 4-wheelers. When we reached
them, we looked back and me and one other saw a bush shake..then we heard a
deep deep howl unlike a coyote or a panther or anything like that. We
jumped on the 4-wheelers and took off and it was chasing us and I was in
the very back but I never got the guts to turn around to see what it was.
Thats basically all that happened.
 
We had set out a tape recorder that night and taped it to a
tree..well on it you could hear walking..and you could hear tapping like
something was tapping on the recorder and it lasted for a long time.
 
Every other time we go into the woods we get the strange feeling something
is watching us. There are pine trees that are stripped 15-20 feet up. Big
pine trees just broke in the middle, limbs pushed over. We've found
something that looks like a bedding spot and we found things that looked
like they were footprints.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):   the witnesses were doing the same as i was in all of this.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:   Witnesses did not look back to see what was chasing them.
