Report
Received From: The GCBRO Online
Report Submission Page.
DATE:
October 16, 2004
TIME:
12:38 AM
LOCATION:
Harrison County, Mississippi
TERRAIN:
Wooded
OBSERVED:
This is an auditory report only, no visuals encountered. I was on
my computer late at night, and my computer is right by a large window which
faces my backyard. I had the window open to enjoy the cool breezes
outside. I live in the xxxxxx Forest so there are woods all around me.
At 12:38 AM, I heard a very distinctive wailing sound, which was prolonged,
and ended with distinctive "huffs" as in "huff...huff..huff..". I
instinctively felt this was not a normal animal, and do not know of any
animals in the xxxxxx
Forest that would have such a long
and eerie night call, followed by "huff" sounds.
Immediately the dogs down the road
starting barking, and again the eerie wailing began again, and stopped
with more "huffs".
What made me file this report is
that last night I checked the GCBRO web site, and happened to come upon
your Multimedia files, and played a few alleged bigfoot sound recordings.
The "scream.wav" file sounded almost exactly like what I heard, and even
had the small
"huff" sounds at the end of one
recording. The only difference being that the wailing or calling I heard
was about twice as long in length than what is on the GCBRO media files.
Activities of Witness:

backyard at 12:38 AM.
