REPORT RECEIVED: From the GCBRO Online Reports Submissions Form

TIME:           Afternoon

LOCATION:  Williamsport, Maryland, Washington County

TERRAIN:     Wooded
 

OBSERVED:    I was in the backyard when I found two "Footprints?" in a part of the yard that was covered with sand. One was a 23" footprint and the other was a 14" one. I took pictures and I put a yard stick beside each print on each photo. I'll scan them when I have developed them.  I also heard a moan of some sort that sounded like "Oooooooo!"
 

Description of Creature:  n/a
 

Activities of Witness:  I was helping my parents clean out a storage place to put other things in to store.
