OBSERVED:
My ex-husband said, "he was sitting on his
deer stand that leaned up against a pine tree which was 15 to 20 feet tall.
He said, " he heard some rumbling in the bushes then he turned around to
see what made the noise. He said," I was so scared I froze and felt very
nervous and sit in my deer stand seat and could not move or breathe for
a long time. He also said, " I was too scared to try to shoot it
because I thought it would attack me if I missed shooting the huge animal."

Description of Creature:
He described to me the what the animal looked
like: the figure stood upright and seemed to be 8 -9 feet tall, black/brown
long hair, stinky, grunting, animal and guessed the weight of the animal
to be around 200-250 lb...

Another un-named individual told me she has
also seen the same animal in this area.
My
father, who is now age: 73 and still resides in Vernon Parish, Burr Ferry
area heard a eerie sound when he went coon hunting in the early to mid
70's near the (Location Withheld). He was coon hunting and shot at some
kind of figure that stood about 15 foot tall. He said, "when he shot the
animal it screamed extremely loud and it sounded like a squeal that he
had never encountered before in his lifetime. He also said, "This sound
was definitely not a panther squeal.".
