OBSERVED:    I was laying around in my front yard in a lawn chair watching the stars, basically just relaxing after a long day at work. My back was to the road and tree line, my dogs were playing about thirty yards away as pups do. very quiet and  clear night. I noticed that my dogs just LEFT??  I Wondered where and why, and thought that was strange. Thats when I heard it... A very Low and gutteral growl behind me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It scared the living crap out of me.. it sounded as if it was about 7 to 8 ft above the ground and I felt it as much as I heard it!! The sound came from behind me at about twenty yards i guess. I never saw anything because I was in the house loading a shotgun in less than 10 seconds.

Description of Creature:  None didn't see it... just heard it that was enough
