in the area. All reports and photographs from this area will be listed
as NW Louisiana only. All reports generated from this area will be
listed as NW Louisiana and can be found on the database table. Instead
of listing the Parish, it will be listed as the last one in the table for
that State and will be titled as
Meaning it's under current investigations.
Here is a few photographs of some broken over
Pine Trees as well as a limb break that I found in our area of investigation.
These photos were taken in March and April of 1999. On ALL of the
broken trees and limbs, there is no evidence of any mechanical devices
used. There was no damage to surrounding trees, larger or smaller
to suggest a possible tornado or heavy storm. The only logical explanation
of these broken trees etc., is they are used by Bigfoot to mark his territory.
We use a term to describe these tree breaks to anybody that is invited
into this area with us. We simply say "You're a real man, now grab
hold of that tree and break it!" Naturally we are looked at like
we are totally crazy or off our rocker, but the point is made, that no
man can break these trees without any sort of mechanical help period, no
matter how big or strong he is.
