RECEIVED: From Field Research Notes of Monster Hunter

TIME:              Evening and Early Morning

LOCATION:    Northwest Louisiana

TERRAIN:       Wooded brushy area
 

OBSERVED:     Recieved a telephone call from a man at work one afternoon, 12/6/2000,  asking if I would come to his home and see what he had scaring his
animals along with scaring his wife.  Met him at his place of work on 12/7/2000 accompanied by another man who has worked several reports with me.

The Story:   Something coming around his home for the last several weeks scaring his dogs, horse, wife, child, and himself.  Last encounter was 12/5/2000 at approximately 11:30 P.M.   Reported that his dogs barking, yelping violentley along with his horse trying to get out of the pen.  He went outside where he first smelled a foul odor and finally figured out what direction the stench was coming from.  Though dark,  he could make out a bipedal figure standing behind his home in some brush which was about four feet tall.  The figure was estimated to be around six to seven feet tall, slender, broad shoulders, holding it's arms up or possibly resting them in the tree branches.  After a few moments this creature disappeared into the brush.

My Investigation:  Drove to this man's home, along with my associate, (where I have had many reports coming from this area) to take a look around.  After about an hour of field research,  we determined we needed the man to show us a few more details.  We pulled across the street and as we were waiting for the person to get home, his neighbor, an elderly man, drove up.

We introduced ourselves and told him we were invited and what we were invited to do.  He then told us a story that happened several years prior about an estimated eight foot tall, massive animal, walking his fence line.  It had walked bipedally, swinging its long arms, had slumped shoulders, and was taking huge steps.  It was covered with dark colored hair.  When this animal saw him, his wife, and mother-in-law, on the porch,  he said the creature screamed so loud the windows in the house shook.  He then said it looked like a fire drill with the three of them trying to get through the front door.  Estimated distance was around 150 yards from where they were sitting on the
porch.  The man got his 308, got in his pick-up, driving closer to the area, fired three rounds out of a cracked glass in the air.  He said he heard the beast hollar one more time as he ran through the brush breaking limbs.

Back to the orginal story.  The man finally made it home and showed us a little more detail where we could clearly see a worn large trail that led from an old house place, to his house, and back to the creek. We found no sign of tracks or other evidence.

Conclusion:  I have no idea what this man has seen. From my years of research in the Bigfoot field, along with his descriptions of seeing a tall, dark figure and smelling the stench he described, I would conclude he did have a sighting of a Southern Bigfoot Creature.  There is no doubt in my mind that the elderly man, his wife, and mother-in-law had one as well.
 

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):   Eyewitness was inside his house when he heard the dogs/horse commotion and went outside to see if he could find out what was the cause of it.
 

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:   Dark, bipedal figure,  6-7 foot tall, slender, broad shouldered, holding it's arms up or possibly resting them in the tree branches.  It had a foul odor, a strong stench
