OBSERVED:    Friend (wish to keep him unknown) showed me a magazine article that described some people he knew that were fox hunting on "Big Andy Ridge" in Lee County and were sitting relaxed around a campfire, they were fox hunting and the dogs had went out of the country on a fox, they were broiling meat when they were harassed by a snarling, branch breaking animal that was threatening their camp. They didn't know what to do they had no guns at the time but all of them agreed to stand up with sticks in their hands. The creature never showed it self and remained out of sight, but was unlike anything they had heard before. These men were woodsmen and avid hunters of great skill and experience.

Additional things: This "friend" also stated that when he was younger that him and his sister heard some screams that they had never heard before that came from a "swamp" area of St. Helens (also in Lee Co. Ky) that was notorious for strange things occurring. This was over several days, I hope my friend comes forward and reports these himself but I don't think he will, he is supposed to send me the article of the other camp harassment shortly.
