OBSERVED:    I did not personally observe this, but I have a friend whose dad has seen something resembling a bigfoot.  While my friend and his brother were swimming with their parents near by, the boys' dad saw what he called a bigfoot near the boys (not in the water).  He quickly grabbed the boys from the water and put them and his wife into the family vehicle.  They deserted their picnic.  I haven't talked to the dad about it, nor do I know if there was an odor.  I do know that this was nearly 20 years ago and that this heavily wooded area is near the valleys of the Ohio River.

Other Notes:    I don't know if there has been anything before or after this.  This region of Southern Indiana is heavily wooded, so many things can be hidden.
