OBSERVED:    I had a friend spending the night, her mother agreed she could sleep over at my house if she was home by 5:30 am, as best friends we did this alot, she only lived 2 blocks from my house.  I would always get up and walk her half way home down the alley.
The news said there was a chance for snow, so when we woke up I went to look outside to see if it had snowed alot, I wanted to know if I should wear my boots to walk her down the alley, so I went to the window of my bedroom and opened the curtain just a little and what I saw was a huge black thing squatting down looking for something in the snow whispered to my friend, omg. omg, I see a  monster and I couldn't move froze in fear just staring at this huge thing only  3 ft from me. I begged my friend to come look out the window, but I guess from how I was acting and the tears running down my face she was too scared to look. The next thing the black thing looked up at me and stood up. my window to my  bedroom is already 3 ft off the ground so when it stood up we were eye to eye, that made this monster about 8 ft tall. I couldn't believe what I was seeing!  this was a bigfoot I was only 13 years old and I had
heard of bigfoot but my dad had told me they didn't exist so I never believed in them but here it was  right in front of me looking at me , I was so scared I still couldn't move, My monster was covered in short black hair everywhere but the face, and it's eyes were red and it just stood there staring at me, next thing it did was take a step toward me and that was it!!! I turned and ran through my house , screaming to my friend , it's coming after us run! I went and jumped on my brothers bed screaming help!!! he told me I was crazy and to get out of his room , so we went and hid in my dads closet until he came home from work.  My dad worked nights and that morning I told him what had happen and we went to go look for foot prints we saw a few but the snow had drifted so much alot was covered up.  a few days went by and it was in the newspaper two men were down by the river  the same morning I saw bigfoot. seems they called the police to report seeing a bigfoot they saw down at the river.
