OBSERVED:    Me, my sister, and cousin were at my 2nd cousin Eric's property. We were heading to the Carving Tree, which is a tree in the woods that the entire family has there names carved in it.  Me and my sister Amanda was taking our new cousin Kelsey to the Tree to put her name on it.

When we got there we started carving our names into the tree. After a while I started having this strange feeling that something was watching us. Since we have bears in the area I thought that we had better leave. I started to walk away. Then I turned around to tell Amanda and Kelsey to come on. As I did, I looked up the hill.  I saw what appeared to be a gaint fur covered man.  It was only about fifty feet away.  It was watching us. I turned to Amanda and Kelsey and said that we had better leave NOW.

I got out my pocket knife just for protection. When we got out of the woods and reached the field I closed up my knife and started to run as fast as I could in that field.  My sister and Kelsey did the same. We ran back to Eric's truck where Eric and my dad were hauling wood.
 
 

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  It stood about eight foot tall.  It had light brown hair all over it. It looked like a human face except it had hair like on a monkeys face. It was standing in perfect posture.
 
 

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  There was this very weird smell but I could barely smell it. It smelled like a roadkill skunk.
