OBSERVED:    I was out back and had made a camp fire with the kids. We have some woods in our back yard. The kids had decided to go inside and watch tv and I sat out and smoked my cigar. It was very strange. All of the sudden, I felt like I was being watched and it was really quiet. I tried to shrug it off to my imagination. All of the sudden I heard a ridiculously loud scream/vocalization. I've spent some time in the woods but am not an expert by any stretch. I have also heard owls and other animals in the woods before but this really freaked me out. All I could think was what the f*** was that. I stayed there very still than made some threatening comments towards the noise really to make myself feel safer. I threw a rock over toward the direction of the noise. I then heard what sounded like heavy steps crumbling the leaves in the forest. I ran up to my deck and sat outside listening for that call again. I haven't heard it since and never even thought about bigfoot, didn't even cross my mind.

Other Notes:    Whether this was a bigfoot, I don't know. It was a loud, scream, deep with vocalization. At first, I thought this was some crazy bird maybe. Had no idea. But when it walked away, that ruled birds and the heavy steps in those leaves ruled out any other animal that I know of. I would appreciate remaining anonymous please. I am a professional consultant and don't want my name associated but I know what I heard that night. I've listened to some audio's that almost sound like howls. This sounded more like a warning growl or call towards me. Like I said, scare me to death. It could see me but I couldn't see anything in those woods.
