TIME:     11:00 am

LOCATION:   Santa Rosa County, Florida

TERRAIN:    Wooded, swampy

OBSERVED:    I was on the passenger side of my van driving with my husband to pick up checks for payroll for our business. I was enjoying the scenery it was a beautiful morning and I seen something in the marshy grass right before the river, it was large and hairy a reddish brown color it had its head looking down towards the ground I can only guess that it was about six foot tall and it was moving south towards the river. Also there was a terrible smell it smelled as though there was dead animal nearby.  It's posture was definitely slouched.

Activities of Witness:   I was delivering payroll.  I have taken that highway a hundred times and have never seen anything like that.
