OBSERVED:    Was driving on hwy X when I saw a figure crossing hwy.in front of me about 500 ft.I slowed down because I thought someone was in the road but when I got closer I realized it was to big and moving to fast to be a human.It was at least 7 or 8ft tall,black in color and eyes reflected white.When I got to the spot were it cross it was gone.There is fence on both sides of the road so it jumped fence with no problem.
