OBSERVED:    I live next to a wooded area not very far from the Arkansas River.  I was out walking the dog and heard a very loud moan/cry sound.  A shorter then longer sound, then another sound again.  It was a cry like nothing I have ever heard in my life.  I had this eerie feeling something was watching me and my little dog from the woods.  I quickly hurried back to my apartment.  It was not a deer or cat or bird sound.  It was very unsual, loud and nothing I have ever heard before.

Activities of Witness:    I was walking my little dog.  There was noone else out.  I felt like someone was watching me.
 

Description of Creature:  I did not see anything but felt something was watching me.
