REPORT RECEIVED From: The GCBRO Online Submission Form
DATE:
11/15/01
TIME:
Early morning between 8 to 9 am
LOCATION:
Marion County, Alabama
TERRAIN:
Old farm land ,with high terreses, heavy with sage
OBSERVED:
While riding through the paster the green broke horse I was riding
was spooking
badly, so I went back to the barn
and traded her for another well riden horse. Upon approaching the
same area where the first horse
spooked, the second horse did a retake of what the first horse did.
I went to the house and got my
four wheeler & went back to the same spot. Near there
and a short distance from where the horses were spooking ,was a large spot
wallowed out in the sage on the side of a terres, supporting the most outragous
smell I had or have ever encountered in my life. Maby two
weeks after that one of my mares
(that I thought not to fear from anything) ran through three
seperate sections of barbwire fince,
to get to the barn. I have no notion as to what this
thing is, but it stinks, is big
& scares the best of obeadent horses.
