OBSERVED:    I heard loud breaking of limbs ahead of me while hiking with my dog one weekend on a trail. I assumed it was a couple of people ( i couldn't see the "people" , they were over a slight
hill in the trail)  ahead of me on the trail. my dog took off towards them barking and then disappeared
for a moment, i heard the dog let out a loud cry like he had been hurt and then he came running back toward me on the trail. i stopped him from running to check him out to see what these " people" had done to him. the dog was absolutely terrified and was slightly whimpering. he wasn't hurt from what i could see and i wanted to approach these "people " to see why they had tried to hurt my dog. while i was still squatted down on the ground next to my dog, i heard some very strange voice speaking in what sounded like a foreign  language. it sent chills down my spine and i had the urge to suddenly get up and  run out of there( i was about 300 yards from the road ). my dog was more that  happy to flee as well. as we were just starting to run, i had the feeling that  something was chasing behind us; i even remember my dog turning to look over  his shoulder at me and he yelped in fear at what he saw behind me ( apparently).  i never looked around - thank God - i might have died from fear if there was a  bigfoot behind me. we made it to the road and stopped running. i just had the  feeling that it wasn't near us anymore and we were safe , the dog also seemed to  be calmed down too.  there are other things i want to report from that area in  the time frame of 1982-1983  but keep in mind , i never actually SAW a bigfoot,  i just have incidental evidence.
